The past three years have been very successful for Stamicarbon. We have signed numerous licensing contracts for new urea and granulation plants and have taken on several revamp projects as well. We are now also managing Maire Tecnimont’s innovation programs here in Sittard as well as expanding our own product and technology portfolio. To accommodate all this extra activity the company has grown considerably in the last few years. All this means that we have been outgrowing our office space: Stamicarbon and Maire Tecnimont Innovation Center employees are at present spread between two buildings. We now have the opportunity to bring them all together again in a beautiful new office, with space for further expansion, in a building right behind our current office, which we will be sharing with two other tenants.
