AFA organized the 24th AFA International Technical Fertilizers Conference, under the theme “The Best Available Technology for Fertilizer Industry” in cooperation with AFA Jordanian member companies: Jordan Phosphate Mines Company, Arab Potash Company, Nippon Jordan Fertilizer Company, Indo-Jordan Chemicals Company, Arab Fertilizers and Chemical Industries (KEMAPCO) and Jordan National Shipping Lines, during the period: Nov. 22 – 24, 2011, in Amman, Jordan. 

THE CONFERENCE HIGHLIGHTS A NUMBER OF ISSUES:

  • Fertilizer industry maintenance and operation role in maximizing productivity

Such a Conference is considered one of the largest and most important regional and international gatherings with reference to fertilizer industry. More than 370 experts from all over the world took part in the Conference. Besides, the Conference, convened annually in one of AFA Arab member countries, attracts the biggest international companies of fertilizer industry technology, equipment and chemicals production so as to present the state-of-the art production in the former fields. The Conference further was a great opportunity for Arab fertilizer industry specialists to meet with their international companies peers to exchange expertise and discuss the latest issues concerning fertilizer industry field.
